About
I know what it feels like to be stuck — to wrestle with self-doubt, depression or the quiet weight of “Is this all there is?”
This was part of what motivated me to return to school for my Master of Art's in Counseling from Reformed Theological Seminary.
I have counseled individuals and couples facing issues such as marital conflict, depression, addiction, and relational struggles.
Today, I’m a certified life coach through The Life Coach Training Institute, an internationally accredited program by the International Council for Online Educational Standards (ICOES).
For years, I’ve walked alongside women navigating life’s hardest chapters — depression, trauma, toxic relationships, spiritual doubt, and the slow process of rebuilding self-worth, which syncs with our mission statement. Through compassion, listening, and practical guidance, we partner with others to transform challenges into opportunities for growth and renewal.
My joy is guiding women as they move from just surviving to truly flourishing— to help uncover their God given gifts.

Why Ashes & Arrows?
A&A was born from Isaiah 61- “He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted…Giving them a garland instead of ashes.” The ashes are the hurt and pain that have fallen or wormed their way into our lives. I am burdened for those who may see life through a dusty film. Their vision is clouded, yet they are still grasping for a better tomorrow.
The irony is that God can use our hurts and weaknesses for His good. He fills us with ambition and dreams, opening our senses to wanting more. Don’t let those fears that may whisper in your ear deter you from taking that next step.
